Video Recording Applet SDK can be used to create web based video recorder on the web sites. Video Recording Applet SDK can be used to create web based video recorder on the web sites. Video recording applet allows recording video in mp4 format ( H.264 video and AAC audio) on the web page and uploads it to web server via HTTP. Initially, applet records video in the temp file on the client computer, then user can upload video to web server. The server script receives mp4 file on the server and saves it into a specified folder. Video recording applet uses native methods to video&sound capture, encoding&decoding and playback in the DLL, which will be installed on the computer when user uses the applet for the first time. The recording applet is digitally signed. The applet works with web camera. Requirements: · Target OS Platform: Windows 98/NT/2000/ME/XP/2003/Vista, Mac OS 10.4. · Target browsers: · - on the Windows: Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and up, Netscape 7, FireFox, Mozilla, Opera. · - on the Mac: Safari, FireFox. · Java versions: Sun Java plug-in starting with 1.5, 1.6 · Web Servers: Unix, Microsoft which support PHP.
